Top of the Cake

It has arrived and I couldn't help but doing my bridal happy dance!!

I searched high and low until some lovely bride blog posted the link Melabo .

Most of course thinks it's a bit odd but that is what makes me love it so.

What to do...

When I have all my center pieces....

No more stopping at every yard sale, thrift store and craigslist.

I'll be happy when it's over but having so much fun and finding AMAZING vases and candle stick holders.

I already know all items will be sold on my etsy page come  July - August 2011!!!

A pop of color

While day dreaming over wedding images I was inspired by the napkins.  To save on cost  I thought of buying the linen and then passing on to the next vintage bride.  The whole process went to the next level at the thought of different pretty napkins laying on each persons plate.

What a treat right ... to get to your plate and see what lovely color or pattern will be waiting for you.

After a fun filled Saturday of vintage linen shopping the spree rolled over and Monday I was on esty seeking pretty finds.

Eager Hands had these two pretty sets in her collection.  I bought them asap.
CinfulOldies made me so happy with these bright images.  I'll be looking for more of these in my search.

Something Blue

My birthstone is Sapphire and the first thought that came to mind was I just wear my stone.  But that's not much fun and of course as most things go back to wardrobe I thought SHOES...blue shoes would be LUSH!!!

I get most of my wardrobe inspiration from Polyvore.  I enter what I am looking for and she gives me a load of images ....

Can't remember who these are by but I adored the flowers:

Just a lush simple pair of BALLER shoes.  Although I would LOVE a pair I know it isn't apart of the budget

Then these little cuties came up.  I LOVE bows and this blue is AMAZING... I think these just might be the ones.....
